This RACI Matrix template brings your project or organizational strategy down to the individual level. We use a grid-based system with a list of tasks on the one hand and names of individual team members (or stakeholders) on the other to help you systematically figure out which stakeholders are the Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed parties for which tasks.
Once you have filled out the first column and row with tasks and names of stakeholders, respectively, you will use our drop-down menus built into each cell of the grid to assign specific RACI roles to individual stakeholders for each task.
We use a color-coded system to help you differentiate between the four task ownership levels of RACI: Responsible (Cyan), Accountable (Iris Blue), Consulted (Yellow), and Informed (Grey). The use of colors makes it easier for you to read the grid and instantly find out what role any stakeholder is playing vis-a-vis a given task.
