Employees are expected to use this section to highlight each other’s most winning work. Perhaps, the employee under review assisted a coworker in handling a difficult situation or helped the company close an important business deal.
Areas for improvement
This is where employees pinpoint areas they believe their coworkers need to work on. Let’s say, Joe might comment on Fiona’s knack for negotiating good business deals, while Fiona suggests Joe could improve his communication during brainstorming sessions. The result? Insightful feedback for continuous improvement and a stronger, more collaborative team.
