It has a section for mentioning the employee’s particulars and evaluating their performance within an organization.
This free template also enables you to write goals to be achieved. Furthermore, it assists the employers in better understanding and deciding whether the employee is a good fit for the company, and their feedback helps the employee improve performance.
At the beginning of this template, employees can write their particulars, such as name, designation, department, evaluator’s name, and date. The main sections of this template are:
- The first section outlines the specific evaluation criteria, assisting in assessing the employee’s performance. As an employer, it allows you to add customized skills such as professionalism, problem-solving, and communication. Descriptions for each skill can be added while rating them with a rating scale. You can also add comments about the skills of your employees.
- A section for writing your employee’s goals is provided where you can also write the outcome and status of each goal. Comments regarding goals can also be added in front of each goal. Similarly, a section is provided for writing the overall comments about an employee’s performance while the recommendations for improvements can be written.
- At the end of this template, a section to write the signatures of the employee and the employer is provided to affirm that the evaluation is conducted properly.
