Step 1: Finalize Payment Terms & Method
Indicate the exact amount the buyer is required to pay to finalize the sale. This figure will be used to verify the purchase price during tax season. Be sure to complete this section carefully before signing, and leave no room for alterations to the selling price.

Step 3: Navigating Laws & Regulations
Under the U.S. consumer protection laws, such as the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) rules, sellers are required to provide true & accurate information about the vehicle’s condition. Failure to do so could result in legal disputes or financial losses for them.

- Whether the purchase price paid by the buyer is inclusive of government taxes
- Whether the motorcycle is being sold as-is, that is, in its current condition, without any warranty or guarantee
