Designed in a 2-page portrait layout, this 5-1 volleyball rotation sheet places the libero in left back throughout all rotations. The detailed layout of this template makes it easier to understand player positioning throughout rotations. Each rotation contains 5 elements.
A circular chart is placed on the left side to display all 6 player positions and their rotation order. Each chart is divided into 6 segments, presenting players through abbreviations such as OPP, OH1, OH2, S, M1, M2, and L. The positioning of the players rotates clockwise with each rotation.
The base section includes a pre-filled court diagram showing every player in the base position. Each court diagram is divided into two sections using a dotted line to represent the front and back rows.
The serve section shows the player’s positioning during serves.
The serve receive includes two separate mini court diagrams on the right side, labeled as option 1 and option 2. The options provide coaches with two different serve-receive formations for each rotation. All rotations follow the same pattern.
Lastly, the template includes a large blank box at the end of each rotation for coaches to add their own notes, substitution plans, and reminders.
