This offensive system rotation sheet is designed for a 5-1 formation with the libero specified in the middle back throughout the template. It’s a two-page, portrait orientation template that follows a uniform layout and presents 6 rotations as 6 rows. Each rotation is further divided into 3 columns.

The left column includes a circular chart that is divided into 6 equal segments to represent each player position, such as OH1, S, MB1, OH2, RS, and MB2. The arrangement of the chart varies clockwise from rotation to rotation.

Next, in the middle column, the template contains a pre-filled rectangular court diagram to show players’ actual position on the court for each rotation. For example, MB1/L represents where the middle blocker 1/ libero is positioned.

The dotted lines divide the court into the front and back rows, which makes it easier to understand a player’s position.

Lastly, the template includes a blank court diagram in the third row for coaches to plan their own notes and alternate positioning.

Also, the template offers a mapped-out offensive system, which means coaches do not need to build it from scratch. Moreover, it is pre-filled, and coaches can still make adjustments or create alternate positioning plans in the last column.

The template is available in printable format and can be used during training sessions and games.
