The template consists of two interlinked sheets: Customer Service Call Log and Config sheet. Go to the Config sheet and modify the dropdown menu options for Department and Status according to your specifications. This sheet supports the main sheet and any modifications here will be reflected in the options given in the main sheet. 

Once you have set up this sheet, you can fill in the details in the Customer Service Call Log sheet. Enter the company name and address in the provided fields. Now you can add the Date, Time, Contact Number, and Caller’s name in the designated fields for each call. In the Nature of Discussion and Action to be Taken fields, you can write down the reason for the call and the follow-up that was done, respectively.

To assign the query to the relevant department in your company, you can select the Department from the drop-down menu. Similarly, you can also indicate the Status of the call by selecting the appropriate option from the dropdown menu as well. 

The Notes fields can be used to write an observation, request, instructions, or any additional information that was not captured by the given data fields. 

This template is customizable and as your needs evolve, you can add or remove fields, update drop-down lists for departments or statuses, and adjust the layout according to your workflow requirements.
