In this section, you can write all the deliverables, such as brand identity, marketing collateral, website design, advertising campaigns, social media content, and more. You can also write their brief descriptions and the due date for each deliverable.

Timelines

Dividing the tasks into milestones can assist in schedule management, resource planning, project tracking, and more. This section of the template allows you to set milestones for your tasks, write their descriptions, and start and end dates. 

Budget

Setting up a budget for your tasks is an integral part of project management because it ensures the financial success of a project. What services does your agency provide to the client, their description, quantity, and unit price for these services can be listed in this section of the template. You can also write the total price of your services or items. 

Terms and Conditions

Setting up terms and conditions can mitigate misunderstandings. On the contrary, writing clear terms and conditions can foster an environment of transparency and accountability. In this section of the template, you can write the terms and conditions, such as how many revisions are included in a service, payment methods, conditions of termination of this agreement, and rules about confidential information.
