A chargeback, payment reversal, fraudulent payment, or billing dispute may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, premium access, and related license rights.

5. Download Access and Abuse Controls

As of the Effective Date, abusive activity includes exceeding one hundred (100) downloads in a single day, with each file format download counting as one download.
WordLayouts may investigate suspicious activity and may suspend or restrict access without prior notice where reasonably necessary to protect the website, its users, or its content.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of WordLayouts.com will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
