Classic Yahtzee Score Sheet
Use this Classic Yahtzee Score Sheet for a standard game setup.
- Roll five dice each turn, up to three times, and try to build strong combinations.
- Choose wisely: each scoring category (like 3 of a Kind, Full House, Small Straight, or Yahtzee) can only be used once.
- The Upper Section includes numbers Ones through Sixes. You score by counting how many of each number you rolled.
- Score 63 or more in the Upper Section to earn a 35-point bonus.
- The Lower Section covers combos:
- 3 of a Kind / 4 of a Kind: Add the total of all dice.
- Full House: 3 of one number + 2 of another = 25 points.
- Small Straight: Sequence of four (e.g., 1-2-3-4) = 30 points.
- Large Straight: Sequence of five (e.g., 2-3-4-5-6) = 40 points.
- Yahtzee: If all five dice are the same = 50 points.
- Chance: Add up all dice—no conditions.
- Score an extra Yahtzee Bonus (100 points) if you roll more than one Yahtzee.
- Add Upper + Lower totals to get your Grand Total.

Triple Yahtzee Score Sheet

- Each turn, fill one category in each of the three columns: Game 1, Game 2, and Game 3.
- The categories are the same as in Classic Yahtzee.
- Scoring:
- Game 1: Multiply by ×1
- Game 2: Multiply by ×2
- Game 3: Multiply by ×3
- Apply any Yahtzee Bonuses to the appropriate game columns.
- After all rounds, total each column, apply multipliers, and sum everything.
- The player with the highest combined score wins.
Reverse Yahtzee Score Sheet
