How to Use This Double Elimination Tournament Bracket Template
- First, open the Configurations sheet and fill in your tournament name and date
- Now, you can choose whether to display seed numbers and match numbers by filling in the corresponding fields (Yes/No)
- Once you have filled in the basic details, click on the appropriate bracket size (e.g., 6 teams) — you’ll jump straight to the correct bracket sheet
- Now you can manually enter team names, seed numbers, and match numbers based on your setup
- If your number of teams isn’t a perfect bracket fit, just type “BYE” in extra first-round spots — those opponents automatically move forward
- You can input scores into the sky-blue boxes to track wins and losses across both the winner and loser brackets.
