Frequently Asked Support Questions and Their Answers

The file you received after purchasing the template is in Zip format. You will need an unzip software to unzip the file(s). To know about how to unzip the file(s), please watch the following video.

After unzipping the file, you will get additional files which may include a Microsoft® Word template file, Readme file, Fonts file, License file, PNG file and some additional files. Different templates may contain different files. Please refer to the product page to know the type of files you will get with it.

Please read the Readme file and license agreement before you start using the template. Install the required fonts and software. Then open the Microsoft® Word template file with Microsoft® Word version 2007 to the latest.

If you are seeing headings and text in different style with compare to the preview, then It is possible that your computer does not have the fonts installed that we used in creating this template. Please refer to the font file or folder that comes along with your purchased template. Install the given fonts and restart the computer. This time when you will open the template, it will be as same as shown in our preview.

In very rare situations you may not be able to download the template after a successful payment. It can happen because of multiple factors which includes slow internet connection, Antivirus or Firewall. These factors may prevent the downloading of template.

But don’t worry we are here to help you out. Please proceed with the following steps to re-download your purchased templates.

Method 1: Login to your email you used at checkout and look for an invoice from WordLayouts. Don’t forget to check your spam folder. Open the invoice and click on given link(s) to download your template.

Method 2: Login to WordLayouts by using the email and password you entered at checkout. After successful login, please go to your purchase history. On this page you will find your purchase history with us. Click on the purchased template and re-download it.

Method 3: If method 1 and 2 don’t resolve your issue then it’s time to contact us. Just fill up the following form and we will resend you the template after investigating the issue. But don’t worry you will get your purchased template for sure.

If you have received a different template than shown in product preview, then just submit us a support ticket by filling up the support form. We will investigate the case and will send you the correct template immediately.

The background of every template is an image which was designed by using different software. That is why it is non editable. You can edit text, fonts and colors. You can add or remove logos and images but you cannot edit the background design.

Yes of course, You can hire us to customize your purchased template for you by filling up this form. By doing so we will add your given text and images as per your instructions and will send it right back. However, the cost of each customization is $5 which is payable to download the customized design.
